Live as children of the light (Eph 5:8) is the theme for this year's Diocesan Parish Annual Appeal. By sharing our spiritual and material gifts, we can be a light to those in need. This year, IHM has a parish monetary goal, but also a participation goal. Pledge forms will be completed on the weekend of March 21/22.
Our parish is on a journey to know, love, and serve Christ as a parish community. As we embrace together Christ’s vision for missionary discipleship so that our parish can thrive and be a place to grow together in faith, we are assessing the progress we have made over the last three years.
You may recall that IHM conducted a parish survey on discipleship in Lent 2023 called the Disciple Maker Index. This Lent, we will be conducting the survey a second time.
This is an important survey that invites you to reflect on your discipleship journey here at Immaculate Heart of Mary. Your input will be instrumental in shaping our mission as we
go forward.
Take the DMI survey today.
Join us on five Tuesday evenings in Lent for presentations by our Clergy: Themes of Lent (Fr Eric); A Fresh Prospective on the Stations of the Cross (Dcn Chris); Saints of Lent (Dcn Rich); 7 Last Words of Christ (Msgr Dominic) and Understanding the Triduum (Dcn Greg).

Beginning September 10th: The Bible and the Virgin Mary
"What the Catholic faith believes about Mary is based on what it believes about Christ, and what it teaches about Mary illumines in turn its faith in Christ" (Catechism, 487)
In this 12-week study we will look at scripture references to Mary, learn the connection between Jesus, Mary and the nation of Israel, and discover how Mary is the divine "sign" promised by God in the Old Testament.
We will celebrate our 70th year as a Parish in June, 2025: 5-day mission beginning June 23; Special Prayer services including Liturgy of the Hours on Sunday evenings; Anniversary Mass on June 28; many more events being planned.
Thank you to the Parish families who have made a gift or pledge commitment to the 2025 Diocesan Parish Annual Appeal. Thank you for your generosity. If you have not yet made a gift or pledge, please prayerfully consider doing so. Every gift makes a difference. Our goal this year is for every parish family to make a pledge!
