Beginning September 10th: The Bible and the Virgin Mary "What the Catholic faith believes about Mary is based on what it believes about Christ, and what it teaches about Mary illumines in turn its faith in Christ" (Catechism, 487) In this 12-week study we will look at scripture references to Mary, learn the connection between Jesus, Mary and the nation of Israel, and discover how Mary is the divine "sign" promised by God in the Old Testament.
